With 20 years at Tama, Darrell’s deep agricultural roots began on a dairy farm and led him to a career in the Department of Agriculture before joining Tama. He thrives on meeting people in the industry and helping them make better fodder while saving money.

Russell has been with Tama since August 2021 and brings a strong background in packaging and sales. With early career experience in the packaging sector, followed by over two decades in sales, Russell found his way back to the industry through machinery and wrap solutions before joining Tama.

James has been with Tama for 18 months, but his agricultural roots run deep. Born and raised in rural NSW, James has always had a strong connection to farming. He loves the camaraderie and collaborative nature of the cotton industry.

Mal has been with Tama since 2016. With a lifelong career in agriculture, Mal moved into cotton full-time in 2021 after working in both livestock and the hay and silage sector. He values the forward-thinking attitude and generosity of knowledge within the cotton industry.

Asa joined Tama Australia in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in textiles and manufacturing. After relocating to the Darling Downs, he made the leap into agriculture. Asa loves the people in the cotton industry and values being part of such a respected Australian sector.

Simon has been part of the Tama team for two years and brings extensive experience from his background as a diesel fitter and over 15 years at John Deere. He played a key role in launching the 7760 cotton picker across Australia. Simon is passionate about the strong community within the cotton industry and loves catching a cotton field sunset.

Pieter has been with Tama for 18 months and comes from an OEM dealership background in sales and parts. He loves being part of the progressive agricultural industry and supporting WA farmers with innovative crop packaging solutions.

With four years at Tama, Peter has a lifetime of experience in agriculture, growing up on a farm running beef and sheep. He enjoys ensuring customers get the right products for their balers or wrappers and sharing his expertise.

With 10 years at Tama, Mal started his career on a dairy farm before transitioning into rural retail. He enjoys being hands-on in the field, participating in netwrap and twine trials, and working closely with farmers.

With 13 years at Tama, Jason is based in South Australia and covers SA and NT. Having spent most of his life in the agriculture industry, he enjoys seeing customers grow their businesses using Tama’s products and advice.

Growing up on a farm in NSW’s Northern Rivers, Jacob has always been immersed in agriculture. After 3 years with Tama, he enjoys visiting rural stores, chatting with farmers and contractors, and discussing all things crop baling.

Jack has spent his career in the Ag industry, moving throughout several different roles before landing in the fodder side. He enjoys engaging with customers and remaining in an active role in the field.
